The app then downloaded instantly onto my iPhone. One at 22:43 and one at 23:31 (British Summer Time) so if you installed after then you won't have got any yet. My assumption is that the first two pushes flagged up some problems and so they are now reconfiguring their servers before doing some more pushes later today.
