Android Contract Guidelines
Whilst I am able to build Android applications, I am not currently accepting any contract work for Android as I don't enjoy working on the platform. I believe that the same budget spent on an iOS project will yield greater returns for a client.
I can recommend TheyMakeApps and AppBooker as good places to find Android developers.
