If you are contacting me about a potential project, please be aware that I charge £800 per day (plus VAT if applicable), and I do not work on a profit-share or equity basis. I also appreciate it if you can read my general contract guidelines before getting in touch.

Contracts / Projects
I am currently available from September 2026. I work remotely, charge £800 per day (plus VAT if applicable), and only take on native iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS work.
Consultancy
If you are planning an app project and need senior technical judgement, I can help review scope, advise on architecture, assess proposals, work through UX / product decisions, or help you avoid expensive mistakes before development starts.
Full-time Positions
I am not currently interested in full-time positions or permanent roles. I do not maintain a network of developer contacts so please do not ask me for recommendations for any such positions.
App Ideas
I receive a lot of emails about app ideas. Ideas are worthless, it is implementation that matters. If you have market experience, contacts, budget, and a well-considered product, I’m happy to talk. I’m not interested in speculative equity-only pitches.

If you have questions, feature requests, or problems with one of my apps, please email support@bendodson.com. If you have queries about an app I built for someone else, please contact them directly as I am not a support contact for client projects.

My projects are offered free of charge and are generally unsupported. Suggestions are welcome, but I can’t promise updates.
